Job Description
- Working with Solution Sales team and partners to sell solutions to end users
- Leveraging PSG products and technologies to collaborate with BU and marketing to develop vertical industry solutions in target industries & segments
- Develop the alignment with SI & ISV partners in target industries & segments;
- Support GTM team on solutions and SI & ISV partnership to growth PSG Business.
- Result-oriented & customer-focused, ability to work and sell at all levels within end-user and partner;
- Develop and deliver sales presentation to the partner and end-user, and capable of adjusting message to audience level effectively
Profile
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (graduate) degree in Computer Science, Telecom or industry related discipline
- 3+ years solution sales experience
- 3+ years people management experience

PSG TCE, Quality & Services team is focused on delivering leading customer experience at industry best support cost structures. To help drive China PSG towards customer loyalty leadership we have an immediate job opening for a Customer Experience & Quality Program Manager, focused on Process Excellence within the PSG China Team. This position will be based in China (BJ/SH). Following is a description of the job and profile of the potential candidate.
- Assist PSG China management team to identify potential projects / areas for improvement
- Provide subject matter expertise on Process Excellence programs
- Help to execute Regional TCE/Quality programs
- Monitor, report & take correction actions against relevant customer satisfation cases
Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Business, computer science, Engineering or relevant discipline
- Professional qualifications with 8 – 10 years of related work experience in Sales/Marketing, ProcQuality and Process Management / Operations
- High passion for Customers
- Desirable: Certified Green Belt with 3+ successfully completed projects or strong desire to learn
Sigma methodology for process improvements
- Bilingual - Spoken & Written English and Mandarin
