故障：

IE打开网页、打开一个链接时，打印机里会添加一个新的名为no name document 的打印任务

reg 启动处无异常，IE6重装无用

有人碰到过吗

这个东西有两种可能：其一是个木马软件，你得把它先从进程中杀掉，然后再想办法把它整个从你的系统中去掉；其二、是个系统文件，给个外国网站上的资料：

不过，从你的现象看，第一种的可能性比较大（个人认为）

有可能，purge碰到过hp 1000激光打印机驱动上了以后，每次进入win98，都会生成一个打印任务，还有名字，但是打印机只是动作了一下，也没看到输出。

把打印机删除重新安装一下试试.
