Job Summary:
Reporting to Support Team Lead, the Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction; provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to Microsoft customers.

Responsibilities:
• Provide electronic support (web or email) to customers by answering inquires and assisting customer incidents on a daily basis.
• Provide pre-emptive support through Microsoft Knowledge Base articles, technical articles and sample programs.
• Learn new technologies and train the team on new technologies.
• Uphold consistent processes and case handling standards according to standard


Knowledge and Skills:
• University Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of system integration or software coding experience.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to learn new technology at a rapid pace
• Excellent English communication skills
• Solid problem solving skills.

感觉这个岗位是给30岁以上人的。一般的小兵至少要3年才能达到管理岗位，如果论资排辈严重一点的地方至少5年。再＋2年以上的管理，大学毕业就23了要是研究生就到25、26了，随便一算也要到30了。
