IT engineers are responsible for planning and administering IT infrastructure at Dalian.

Education
Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, information technology, engineering, math, etc.)
Experience and knowledge:
Knowledge and some experience in managing IT infrastructure in a software product development or research prototype development environment is required. Two or more years of experience in this area and especially for a lab or the IT department in a global company will be a big plus. Experience in software development is a plus.
Expertise & experience should include a reasonable level of breadth and specific depth in a subset of the following technologies:
-SAN
-Storage (EVA), BusinessCopy for EVA
-VMware ESX
-HPVM
-DataProtector
-Storage EVA and DataProtector
•  Capability in managing Windows, HP-UX OS and other server platforms; install and configure new servers; help test and troubleshoot new server hardware and software components; manage server networks and clusters, and their access in-house or through VPN.
Skills
•  Strong creative skills, quick learner and willing to learn skills related to server platforms and system software not currently familiar with
•  Strong analytical skills and effective problem solving ability
•  Strong scripting and de-bugging skills
•  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a large, diverse environment

SQA Engineer

•  职位描述：
•  同研发部门紧密合作，开展SQA活动，包括准备SQA计划，质量计划，实施SQA审计，准备SQA报告。
•  帮助项目经理准备项目计划书，参加PMR会议，保证项目活动符合规定的流程。向项目经理和部门质量经理报告尚待解决的问题。
•  跟踪纠正及预防措施，验证测量数据的正确性，参与质量部门的活动。
•  为项目的改善提高提出合理化建议。
•  分析，定义和改善流程。
•  提供质量培训。
•  参与CMMi和6sigma实施活动

Qualifications
•  CET4, Japanese Proficiency Test Level 1/2.
•  Have passion for quality works and excellent communication/interpersonal skill.
•  Good understanding of Software Engineering technology processes through 1-2 years working experience.
•  Good at PowerPoint and Excel/Visio.
