HP 2470无法开机，请高手帮个忙，谢谢

请问，我有一台HP 2470 .进入GSP正常，但是无法开机，提示为：
  The system did not respond to the Power-On command.
  Turn the system power switch Off and On again to reset the system.
按照提示操作问题依旧没有解决
电源位置确认没错，按钮时开机状态。
用PS查看：
