Open Systems Analyst（windows）

DUTIES:
Under direct supervision, creates detailed specifications of system requirements for small projects or a defined stage or phase of a larger project.
• Works closely with business analysts and/or business or client representatives to understand business requirements and translate them effectively into system specifications.
• Effectively communicates requirements / resolves issues with application developers, application support and business analysts / users.
• Analyzes existing system logic and operation and develops recommendations for solutions to address application issues or enhancements.
• May participate in or assist testing specialists with preparation and execution of application tests.
• Provides functional support to end-users.

SKILLS:       
• Develops skills in basic theories, practices and procedures in one skill area through formal training
• Able to apply basic knowledge/ skill to own activities
• Possess analytical and problem solving skills.
• Basic communication skills.
• Knowledge of structured systems analysis and design techniques.
• General understanding of technology and the technology project lifecycle.
• General understanding of financial services business environment.
• Ability to learn new systems analysis techniques.

没人响应原因有以下几点:
1、此论坛为UNIX论坛，搞WINDOWS的比较少；
2、可能来此论坛的搞WINDOWS的技术人员，英语流利的不多；
3、待遇没有说清楚。
建议解决办法：
1、寻找windows论坛发贴；
2、对英语的要求以中国的四六级来定；
3、待遇有个起薪数吧

四六级太埋没人才了.有些没过级,口语照样流利,因为这个职位需要和老外交流,所以不能用过级这种方式来定.至于薪水,10K以上.
