请教：关于trust system问题？？

HPUX B11.11

# /etc/tsconvert 转换到trust system

# passwd root 设置好密码


另外打开一个终端登陆，结果失败
login: root
Password:
Login incorrect

Wait for login retry: ..


# audisp -f audfile1 提示如下错误：

       0 pts/tc
[ Event=login; User=????????; Real Grp=root; Eff.Grp=root;  ]

SELF-AUDITING TEXT: User= root  No entry in the protected password database

检查/tcb/files/auth/r/root存在的


想修改staff用户的密码，也没有成功，提示如下：

#passwd staff
Changing password for staff
Last successful password change for staff: NEVER
Last unsuccessful password change for staff: NEVER

Current user has no Protected Password entry.


请教：这里root登陆为什么会失败？？  staff用户修改密码为什么也不成功呢？？

trust system很麻烦的

问题已经解决  是/etc/nsswitch.conf设置问题
